Religious Education

The school follows the Lincolnshire Agreed Syllabus for Religious Education.  The primary aim of religious education is to enhance the students' understanding of other people's beliefs and values, encouraging tolerance and open mindedness.

Students are also encouraged to broaden their own perspective on life and to respect the rights of others to hold differing beliefs from their own.

The school has developed close links with local clergy of all denominations, using them as a resource for visits and worship.

If you wish to have further details, copies of the syllabus are available in school.  Parents who wish to withdraw a student from religious education may do so by writing to the Headteacher at the school.
